This policy outlines how the delivery and collection of orders are handled by TS Cinnies & More. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Collection
Collection Times
Collection times will be communicated at the time of ordering or before bake day. Customers are responsible for arriving within the agreed collection window.
Missed Collections
If an order is not collected at the scheduled time:
The order may not be remade or refunded
Food safety regulations prevent the resale or redistribution of uncollected items
We recommend collecting orders promptly to ensure freshness and quality.
Delivery
Delivery Availability
Delivery availability is subject to location, capacity, and bake day scheduling. Delivery areas and fees will be communicated at checkout or before order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete delivery or collection details
Ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the nominated time
TS Cinnies & More is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information or customer unavailability.
Safe Handling & Storage
Once an order has been:
Collected by the customer, or
Delivered to the nominated address
Responsibility for safe handling, storage, and consumption transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for issues arising from:
Improper storage
Delayed refrigeration where required
Consumption outside recommended timeframes
Third-Party Delivery Services
Where third-party delivery services are used, TS Cinnies & More is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or service issues once the order has been handed over to the delivery provider.
Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
Food Safety Compliance
All orders are prepared in accordance with Queensland food safety standards. For food safety reasons:
Orders cannot be returned once collected or delivered
Returned food items cannot be accepted
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Remedies may be available where goods are unsafe, faulty, or not as described.
