Pre-Orders

• All pre-orders must be placed via our website or approved ordering channels

• Pre-orders are confirmed once payment is received

• Quantities are limited per bake day

Once pre-orders close, no additional orders may be accepted.

Bake Days

Bake days are scheduled in advance and may vary depending on demand, availability, and seasonal factors.

Products are baked fresh on the scheduled bake day and prepared specifically for each order.

Cut-Off Times

Pre-order cut-off times will be clearly communicated on our website or ordering platform.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available bake day.

Cancellations & Changes

• Order changes or cancellations must be requested before preparation begins

• Once baking or preparation has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

Missed Pickups or Deliveries

If an order is not collected at the agreed time or delivery is unsuccessful due to customer availability:

• The order may not be remade or refunded

• Food safety regulations prevent resale or redistribution

Limited Availability

As a small-batch, home-based bakery:

• Products are subject to availability

• Popular flavours may sell out quickly

• Once a batch is sold out, it will not be remade until the next bake day
