At TS Cinnies & More, we are committed to preparing fresh, high-quality baked goods in line with Queensland food safety regulations. As a home-based food business, our refund policy reflects both food safety compliance and consumer protection obligations.
Perishable Goods & Change of Mind
All products sold by TS Cinnies & More are freshly prepared, perishable food items.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including but not limited to:
Ordering the wrong flavour or quantity
Deciding you no longer want the product after purchase
Preference-based dissatisfaction
This policy is consistent with food safety regulations, which prohibit the resale or reuse of returned food items.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Unsafe Products
If you believe you have received:
An incorrect item
A product damaged during preparation or handling
A product that does not meet acceptable food safety or quality standards
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To assist with assessment, you may be asked to provide:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photographic evidence of the product
Once reviewed, TS Cinnies & More may, at its discretion:
Replace the affected item
Issue store credit
Provide a partial or full refund
All outcomes are assessed on a case-by-case basis, in line with food safety obligations.
Food Safety & Handling Disclaimer
Refunds or replacements cannot be offered where issues arise due to:
Improper storage after collection or delivery
Delays in refrigeration are required
Consumption beyond the recommended timeframe
Handling outside of the provided care instructions
Once food items leave our premises or are collected/delivered, responsibility for safe storage and handling transfers to the customer.
Order Cancellations & Pre-Orders
Orders may only be cancelled before preparation or baking has commenced.
Due to ingredient preparation and scheduling:
Once an order has entered production, cancellations and refunds are not available
Pre-orders are treated as confirmed once production begins
This ensures compliance with food handling and waste minimisation requirements.
Delivery & Collection Responsibility
TS Cinnies & More is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
Missed collection times
Delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services
Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
